Always check the condition of the terrarium in front of the delivery driver, even if the packaging appears intact.
In case of damage (breakage, cracks…), you must clearly write a note on the delivery slip:
“Broken terrarium” or “Cracked glass”.
The mention “subject to inspection” has no legal value.
Without a written reservation at the time of delivery, no refund, exchange or store credit can be issued.
