We work with certified carriers specialised in transporting live animals, ensuring strict transport conditions: controlled temperature, proper ventilation, and optimal safety. Every shipment is prepared with care to guarantee the reptile’s well-being until arrival.
🇫🇷 France & 🇩🇪 Germany:
- We contact you to arrange a delivery date together
- Delivery within 24 hours after leaving the facility
- Transport fees: between €60 and €100 depending on the region
🌍 International:
- Shipping available to many non-European countries, depending on current regulations
- Delivery times and prices vary by destination (personalised quote on request)
⚠️ We reserve the right to postpone the shipment at the last minute in case of unfavourable weather or any logistical constraint that may compromise the animal’s safety or well-being.
Equipment & accessories
Orders of equipment (terrariums, substrates, lighting, etc.) are shipped according to the weight, size, and nature of the products, via an appropriate delivery service.

Returns & Refunds
Returns & Warranty for Equipment & Accessories
- You have 14 days after receipt to return a product.
- Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of an error on our part.

📌Important: For parcels delivered with signature (terrariums, fragile equipment, pallets, etc.), it is essential to check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery driver.
If damage is visible, have it noted on the delivery slip before the driver leaves, and inform us immediately with photos.
No claim can be accepted without a reservation made upon delivery.
Warranty & Defective Products
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
- After verification, we will proceed with a replacement or a full refund.
Warranty conditions vary depending on the product (see product page for details).
❌ Returns & Claims – Live Reptiles
Each reptile is carefully examined before shipping to ensure its health and condition.
If any issue is noticed upon arrival, contact us immediately with photos and videos.
✅ A suitable solution will be offered on a case-by-case basis: credit, support, or partial compensation.
⚠️ Live reptiles are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the case of a proven health problem upon arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the animal has been improperly kept or handled after delivery..
