Earthy and forest substrates are suitable for a wide range of exotic animals, including tropical reptiles, amphibians and insects.
Made from peat, topsoil, coco fiber, humus or decomposed leaves, they offer excellent moisture retention, encourage digging and burrowing, and support the development of beneficial microfauna.
They are ideal for bioactive setups, burrowing or breeding insects, as well as species living in forested or humid environments.
