COCO HUSK – by Design Reptiles is a natural substrate made from compressed coconut husk chips, formed into a compact 1 kg brick. Perfect for small terrariums, young animals, or as a convenient refill, this substrate provides excellent moisture retention while maintaining good soil aeration. Triple-washed, low dust and low salt, it ensures a clean and safe environment even for sensitive species. Its 6–18 mm particle size helps reduce compaction, makes maintenance easier and minimizes ingestion risks. Once rehydrated, the brick produces up to ±15 L of ready-to-use substrate.
