2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern:

• Access and use of the website www.design-reptiles.com
• Sales conditions for products offered by By Design-Reptiles through the online shop
• Conditions governing the presentation of animals by Design-Reptiles

3. Access to the Website

Access to the site is free.
Users may create an account to access certain features (orders, tracking, newsletter).
By browsing the website, the user fully accepts these Terms & Conditions.

4. Products Offered

By Design-Reptiles sells online:

• Terrarium equipment, substrates, accessories and reptile supplies

Design-Reptiles does not sell live animals online.
Animals shown on the site are for informational purposes only.
Any reservation requires direct email contact.

5. Orders

5.1 Procedure

Orders are placed via the Shopify online store.
Users may order as guests or via a personal account.
Any validated order constitutes acceptance of prices, product descriptions, delivery conditions and these Terms.

5.2 Reservation

By Design-Reptiles reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of stock shortage, anomaly or dispute.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Payments are made via secure methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The order is confirmed once payment is validated.

7. Delivery

Delivery is available in France and internationally depending on options offered at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary.
By Design-Reptiles cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

8.1 Withdrawal Period

Customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except legal exceptions (perishable or customised items, etc.).

8.2 Returns

Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after verification of the returned parcel.

9. Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Article L217-4 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the Civil Code).

10. Liability

By Design-Reptiles cannot be held liable for:

• Improper or incorrect use of the equipment
