COCO HUSK – by Design Reptiles is a natural substrate made from compressed coconut husk chips, formed into a practical 5 kg block. This substrate is designed for tropical reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. It helps maintain high humidity while ensuring good soil aeration. Triple-washed, low in dust and low in salt, it provides a clean and safe environment for the most sensitive animals. Its 6–18 mm particle size makes maintenance easier, reduces compaction and minimizes ingestion risks. Once rehydrated, each block yields up to ±70 L of ready-to-use substrate, ideal for large enclosures.
